A comprehensive plan on the proposed spread and regulation of Sabbath schools through the west and the rural areas. Apparently first published under the pseudonym "Owen" by the Published by the Princeton Sunday School Union in 1829 (the pseudonym not in immediate evidence here), this to judge from the agent addresses on the ads on the rear wrapper dates from 1833. Includes publisher's ads (with prices) for various sets for libraries on the rear wrapper. Small contemporary red ink autograph number at the head of the first page.
