An uncommon early little Cincinnati schoolbook; see Morgan 2528 for the original 1833 version. Morgan does not note this 1835 printing. This marks a fairly early example of stereotype plates manufactured by J. A. James in Cincinnati. Early juvenile pencil signature at the head of the front wrapper for one Edith Charles.
