With three original heavy stock promotional phot0graphs of the trio, plus four sheets of unused pictorial Thomas Trio letterhead, which includes a cartoon depiction of their act. A few short closed tears to the second leaf of the brochure repaired with clear tape; old nail hole to one photo; some light wear and soiling, overall in very good condition. Item #20372
“A Comedy Bar Act Different from Others Combining Comedy, Skill and Daring.” One portrait of the trio in the brochure is labeled in somewhat later autograph ink, noting acrobat-clowns Walter E. Thomas, John Anck, and a question mark for the third. Newspaper ads have the Thomas Trio on a Midwest circuit in 1915 (beginning the season as the Carr-Thomas Trio) and coming back east from about 1916 to 1920.
