Millott Severn, and with blanks (and blank ruled pages) intended to be completed for readings. Includes phrenological dietary suggestions, as well as portraits of both Severns, and an artistic rendering of a phrenological head. The given names of Mrs. J. Millott Severn (noted here on the title page as a certified phrenologist and included in a portrait in the text) taken from 1911 census data.
