A promotional specimen sample of script typefaces from the American importers, including Reiner Script, Rondo, and Excoffon’s Mistral. Printed in the Netherlands, with a code at the foot of the final page suggesting a print date of 1962 (which corresponds with the lack of ZIP code for the printed Amsterdam Continental notice). With two slightly later ink stamps to the front wrapper from the Chicago branch of Amsterdam Continental, including the ZIP code and suggestive of evidence of a post-1963 life for this selection in the United States.
